Shani Wigs Team: Why did you choose to wear a wig?
LR: I’ve been wearing wigs for 25 years because I have very thin hair.
After reading the article about Shani in the New York Times, I made a Zoom appointment with her and then flew in to order my first Shani wig.
SW: Biggest concern about getting a wig?
LR: I didn’t have any concerns because after a Zoom call and seeing how authentic Shani’s wigs are, I knew I had to get one. The hair lines on her wig are impeccable.
SW: How do you feel wearing your Shani Wigs piece?
LR: When I put on my Shani wig, I don’t even feel like I have a wig on.
The wig band Shani provides is so light and yet so reliable that the wig never moves on your head.
SW: What's been the best part of your experience?
LR: I love that I can change my wig’s part on my own, wash it on my own, put it behind my ears, or put a clip in just like I would if it was my own hair.
My close friends who knew I wore a wig asked me if I had stopped wearing wigs the first time I wore my Shani wig!
