1. Book consultation: Choose an in-person consultation to our Brooklyn salon, or a virtual session over Zoom.

2. Stylist Consultation: One of our expert wig stylists guides you through length, color, texture and cap construction, answering every question so you can choose with confidence.

3. Place your order: Tell us whether you'd like your custom piece shipped or picked up in person. For virtual clients, we'll send a template so we get your fit exactly right.

4. Final Reveal: Before your piece ships, we'll show it to you up close for approval. If you're local, we'll do the final cut together in the salon.
