4. Your Wig Is Crafted: Your custom piece is carefully handmade in our atelier over 4–6 weeks.
5. Final Reveal: Before shipping, we’ll show you the finished piece up close for final approval.
6. Delivery or Pickup: Your custom piece will be shipped to your door or prepared for pickup at our salon.

The Process

SHOP THE STOCK
Shop our site to find the wig of your dreams, whether that’s a wavy balayage masterpiece or a striking red. Each one-of-its-kind piece is hand-crafted from the finest European hair. New wigs are added to our shop every month.

UPLOAD MEASUREMENTS
After purchasing, you’ll measure your head with a simple measuring tape (we’ll walk you through it!), and enter your unique measurements on our website. Premium customizations, like tweaking color or baby hair, are also available.

SIT TIGHT
The customization process takes 2 weeks: We’ll use your measurements to adjust your chosen piece so it sits snugly against your head and frames your face. If your wig has a lace, we’ll trim it to your forehead measurements.

HELLO, GORGEOUS
Your wig is now, well, yours. It ships from our Brooklyn atelier to anywhere in the world. You’ll remove it from the box we lovingly placed it in and try it on. It will look like it was always a part of you. And it will feel sublime.
